Miss Blessing Frances Sacmmer 419. Hoping to hear from you soon

Hello my dear,
My name as Blessing i am 23 years old, single and never married before. I am from Ivory Coast in Africa, the only daughter  of late Dr Jonathan Francis the former special adviser to Ivory Coast head of state but i am currently residing in the refugee camp here in Dakar Senegal as a result of civil war that was fought in my country some years ago. The rebels attacked our house one early morning and killed my father with my mother and my younger brother in cold blood.
It's only me that is alive now and i managed to make my way to a West African country Senegal where i am living now as a refugee but before i proceed, how're you, your work and your country today I hope all is well?
My dear, sorry for i have a long message.
My dear, though I have never met you in person for the first time but i was really happy when i saw your lovely reply to my mail and thank you for your approval of my friendship.
My dear, Ever since i lost my lovely parents life automatically changed to something I've never dream t of in my whole life. I have been suffering.
Dear, in this camp, things are very difficult, is just like some one in prison, If not the help of Rev David Patrick the founder of (Christ the light church) that is taking care of us here in this camp, things would have been very difficult for me here, because since I came here, he has been so good to me and he is like a father to us. I am writing to you now with the computer in his office, I pleaded with him to be allowing me to make use of his computer once in a while and he agreed.
Please my dear,  I want you to help me out from this camp, i will wait for your reply as soon as possible. Take good care of yourself and your family.

Miss Blessing

Is Speed Limiting The Way To Go???

Federal Government considers the many benefits of speed limiting technology. The Ferderal Groverment is considering the introduction of speed limiting on Australian Roads. This new concept in the introduction of a speed limiter in all vehicles travelling in Australian roads. A speed limiter is a built-in microchip that allows the speed of a vehicle to be preset. The technology is already in use in some countries. According to the Canada Safety Council,  "speed limiting would ensure all trucks operate at a save speed. That would reduce highway collisions related to tailgating and improper lane changes". This anti-speed technology has one major drawback: the drive can over ride this system. In November 2011, Sydney is going to host the First International Conference on Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA). They will be reviewing the effectiveness of the world first passive ISA navigator device with notional speed limit database. This conference will be held in (NSW)

REQUIED INFORMATIONS (FROM TED MICHAEL)

Dear Friend King Thanks for your reply to my mail and for willing to assist with the proposal and  I acknowledge your last reply. I worked for almost ten years as the office manager with my deceased boss, Mr. John Blumenthal, before his death on an aircraft in Angola in 2007. My boss, who became active in real estate and a broker at the South African Stock Exchange. He was a very successful businessman until his death. There was a message from his bank (ABSA Bank) recently that his account, which had remained for some time without action, would be declared inactive if he did not show up to activate the account. This brought in from curiosity inside me to inquire whether there was any money in the account. On my request, I was informed that there is a final payment of the sale of his house in Johannesburg because the court has promoted this before it is entered insolvent. On a cautious request, the money to the account was now paid. The amount in the
